The room was small but functional, with a desk and fast wifi. The bed was firm and comfortable. The hotel staff spoke enough English to be helpful. The location was within walking distance to good restaurants. The breakfast had a good selection of both Japanese and western dishes. I would recommend this hotel for business travelers.

We had a great stay at this hotel in a convenient location. It only took us a short, 10-minute walk from the hotel to reach Sendai station, and it was close to the pedestrian bridge to reach the bay of islands at Matsushima. The hotel facilities were excellent, with an air conditioning system that worked perfectly. The room was spotlessly clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Additionally, we appreciated having a delicious breakfast included with our room rental.
Could not be improved in any way.

The hotel was in a great location, just a few blocks away from the train station and close to many restaurants and shops. The hospitality was top-notch, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and the room amenities were top quality.
While the location and service were wonderful, the room was a bit cramped and did not offer much closet space. the pillows were not the most comfortable, which made it difficult to sleep at night.

The room was small, but that is common in Japan. the TV only had a few channels in English, which was disappointing.
